Born and raised in Miami, Kathy is a Native Floridian who has lived and worked in Southwest Florida for over 35 years. Prior to entering the real estate profession on a full-time basis Kathy successfully maintained dual careers; as a Registered Nurse, with over 30 years of experience in the health care industry, specializing in private home health care and hospice nursing as a CHPN (Certified Hospice Palliative Care Nurse), and as a Florida-licensed Realtor® and Certified Professional Residential Manager, earning the PRM™ designation from the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers (FARPM). Personally, Kathy and her family have been active for many years in real estate investing. Owning and managing rental properties as well as renovating older homes and distressed properties have brought her a wealth of hands-on experience which has made her a knowledgeable resource to clients interested in real estate as an investment. Both as a health care professional and as a Realtor®, Kathy’s unique abilities in problem solving and her passion for helping others have consistently proven her to be an invaluable asset to her clients.
